SMAC trainers believe in establishing good lifting form in order to see healthy life style changes in their clients, and performance gains from their athletes.

Everyone at SMAC, regardless of the sport they play, used to play, or never played, is passionate about physical activity, healthy living, and trying new activities.  Clients love the variety of ages and athleticism that make up our athletic club. Club members encourage each other toward the finish line of their individual goals, making us stronger as a collective. 

Our coaches provide complementary consultations in order to create individualized training programs for each client. 

These 4 week long programs track our client's progress in order to avoid fitness and strength plateaus. Click on the Sports Performance or Personal Fitness tabs for information on sessions and plans.
