At SMAC, our goal is to provide careful, individualized coaching to our clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
We offer a variety of programs to suit your athletic needs:
Semi Private Training: We work personally with our clients to achieve their specific fitness goals. Goals such as weight loss, increasing muscle, or rehabilitative work are all carefully assessed by our trainers. A training program is created for each individual, based on their specific body type, abilities, and goals.
Sports Performance Training: This program is designed for athletes to help build their speed and agility, explosiveness, coordination, body control, and conditioning. We help develop athletes from 6th grade through college, and at semi-professional/professional levels.
Team Training: Team training designed to develop athletes in speed, strength, power, and agility through both team-based exercises as well as position specific development. Our trainers are experienced in different sports and are conscious of the demands needed in each position.
Classes: Our class programs offer the benefit of working out in a group-like setting with a personal trainer. Each class is designed to meet specific workout goals.
