Brandon Williams

Owner and Head Trainer, Brandon played football and graduated from Azusa Pacific University. Brandon has been a personal trainer for over 12 years. He also works as the strength and conditioning coach for various San Marino HS teams.

Brandon enjoys training young athletes and helping them reach their potential and mentoring them.


AJ Brown

Trainer, A NASM certified personal trainer, AJ believes in tailoring workouts to meet the needs and goals of the individual. He uses a variety of tools, such as kettlebells, maces, and clubs, as well as the more traditional dumbbells and barbells. He takes a detail oriented and methodical approach to ensure that movement quality is getting better every session. He is also StrongFirst Level 1 instructor, an Onnit Academy Foundations Trainer and a Level II Box N Burn boxing trainer.


Ryn Harrison

Trainer, NASM certified, Yoga Alliance certified, Ryn was a dancer and graduated from Belmont University with a masters from Fuller. Ryn has been a personal trainer for four years and professional dancer/choreographer for well over 12 years.


Jared Schiebler

Trainer, from a young age, Jared has enjoyed recreational activities such as mountain biking, golf, tennis, hiking, surfing, yoga, and marathons. He is certified through SFG-LVL1, National Strength & Conditioning Association - CPT, USA Weightlifting-LVL1 and continues to grow and build on his movement education. Jared enjoys working with sport-specific high school athletes, competitive jiu-jitsu athletes, as well as young kids, older adults, and everyone in between looking to improve their fitness, feel better, and move better.

Leon Tsoi

Trainer, Leon played volleyball and graduated from UC Irvine and earned his masters at CSU Northridge. Leon has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. Leon has competed in power lifting competitions and currently is competing in weight lifting competitions. He also works for the Boys Scouts as Executive Coordinator.
