Owner and Head Trainer, Brandon played football and graduated from Azusa Pacific University. Brandon has been a personal trainer for over 12 years. He also works as the strength and conditioning coach for various San Marino HS teams.
Brandon enjoys training young athletes and helping them reach their potential and mentoring them.
Trainer, from a young age, Jared has enjoyed recreational activities such as mountain biking, golf, tennis, hiking, surfing, yoga, and marathons. He is certified through SFG-LVL1, National Strength & Conditioning Association - CPT, USA Weightlifting-LVL1 and continues to grow and build on his movement education. Jared enjoys working with sport-specific high school athletes, competitive jiu-jitsu athletes, as well as young kids, older adults, and everyone in between looking to improve their fitness, feel better, and move better.
Trainer, A NASM certified personal trainer, AJ believes in tailoring workouts to meet the needs and goals of the individual. He uses a variety of tools, such as kettlebells, maces, and clubs, as well as the more traditional dumbbells and barbells. He takes a detail oriented and methodical approach to ensure that movement quality is getting better every session. He is also StrongFirst Level 1 instructor, an Onnit Academy Foundations Trainer and a Level II Box N Burn boxing trainer.
